~About the illustrations~
I drew an illustration based on the story of a mermaid who found some treasure that turned out to be a BABY-G watch.When I started drawing the watch, I was reminded of the first time I ever saw the tiny, beautiful face of a BABY-G when I was young. I wanted to express that feeling of excitement, and so I decided to make the main character a mermaid.There are no watches in the watery world of the mermaid. But I included bubbles that act as timepieces, marking time in the underwater world.BABY-G watches are cool and cute, so I think mermaids would keep admiring it like a new manicure — even though they don't need to check the time!
I think people who take care of their watches also make the most of their time. That's why I think it's really important to find the perfect watch for you. The are so many styles and colors of BABY-G, so I'm sure you'll find one that suits you. Who doesn't want to live their life with their perfect watch partner?
~About BABY-G~
When I'm drawing I get so absorbed, I forget what time it is and carry on drawing until my body gives up. Time flies when you're having fun! I tend to feel the pressure of deadlines with large clocks on the wall, so I only use small, cute ones (lol). I tend to take my time choosing watches because I care a lot about color. BABY-G is perfect because there are so many color options to choose from! The three icy colors series I drew are all so beautiful so I'm having a great time checking my watch again and again!
