With its robust shock-resistant structure to protect against shocks and vibrations, the tough BABY-G is ideal for vigorous action in daily life, sports or outdoor activities. The original CASIO structure can withstand even violent shocks from dropping or striking.

The dial lights up with the push of a button for convenience at night or in other dark conditions. Some models are equipped with a built-in black light that playfully illuminates the hands and dial in bright luminescent colors.

An oversized 3D index and inset dials are laid out on the wide face. A deep-look dial structure assures good visibility in outdoor environments. Timekeeping, Tide Graph and other information are made easily discernable.

The BGD-500 revives the design of the first BABY-G model DW-520 with its square face and wire protector, which gained massive popularity on the street in the early `90s. Developed in pursuit of toughness, the original design also reflected the fashion trends of the day.
